If you purchase a bike online, you may be eligible to return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the bike:

  • Is in the same condition it was sold
  • Has not been ridden excessively
  • Is returned with all supplied components and accessories

The customer is responsible for safe return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Used Bikes

Many bikes sold by Wirral Wheelz are pre-owned. We carefully inspect and prepare bikes before sale, but normal signs of use may be present. Any significant cosmetic or mechanical details will be described in the product listing.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
